Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia joined Jaime Perczyk, President of National University of Hurlingham to award diplomas to 282 students at Convocation Ceremony of Centre of Excellence in Information Technology, CEIT, established with assistance of Development Partnership Administration (DPA) under Ministry of External Affairs.

A total of 449 students have successfully completed advanced IT courses since April 2023.
